In the restaurant, Scottish World Master Chef Ian McKemmie, creatively presents delicious Mediterranean style cuisine with a signature stylish twist. A first rate menu composed of local ingredients boasts culinary options that are imaginative, delicious and regionally reliant.

McKemmie is a member of the leading International Honours Society for Chefs, The World Master Chefs Society. World Master Chefs are the most highly regarded and distinctive professional chefs in the international industry.

Ian gained a wealth of experience in Scotland working in various luxury hotels, quality restaurants and running his own deli. Ian strives to be innovative, as he believes "That's right for the guest, the company and kitchen staff".

He goes on to say, "It's about enhacing the customer's experience. In the Algarve it's a life style issue more than anything, and we feel customers want high quality cuisine, but in a relaxed informal atmosphere. Everyone is doing the same things with their menus. I want to do something different. I want to give people quality and service with a great product, and not charge an arm and a leg for it. We're going to have fun, cool presentations on the plate, using classic techniques to make it delicious. All the food is local and fresh. What's really important is the last meal you serve, you're judged by that. When you come in, eat and are happy, That's what is important to us".

Tuesday – Saturday open from 10.00 a.m. – 11.00 p.m. for lunch and dinner
Traditional Sunday lunch from 12.00 – 5.00 p.m.
Closed Sunday night and all day Monday.
